How do I reset my New Blank Document to show a clear page in WORD.

Following the instructions for a Symantec rebate, I used the Print Screen
button to copy my desktop and pasted it in a blank document in Word. Now,
whenever I open up Word, my new blank document appears with this picture in
it! I figure out how to remove it. Symantec is NO help at all, even tho it
was their instructions that put it there!
Please help me out!
