How do I reset the startup parameters

Hi

When I log in the database file, I can see only the switchboard. But I can't
see the admin (ie tables, forms, design, queries etc).

How do I reset this option, so that my users and I can have access to the
admin interface?

Then if I press the F11, the admin interface is unhide, but I can't go the
top menu bar / tools / startup. This option is not available.

Please help me reset the startup parameters.

Hold shift while opening the file.

Hi Rick,

The solution you gave me did not work.

I am totally stuck!!

So I press F11 after the database opens. Allows me to see the background
(assuming the file format background). Then I go to Reports and press new.
But I cannot see and unable to edit the forms, tables, reports, etc. When I
choose "new" I want to be able to see "edit, view, insert, tools, etc".

So what am doing wrong. Please tell me I haven't stuffed up the database?

HELP!!!
