How do I reset the taskbar in Outlook?

I opened other inboxes in Outlook as a test to determine if other users were
looking into mailboxes. I went to file/open on the taskbar and was able to
open another person's inbox and calendar and pst file. How do I get rid of
these entries on the taskbar and stop others from getting into these inboxes?
