How do I resize a workbook

I downloaded a calendar template from the Microsoft website - the workbook
does not have the resizing option in the upper right hand corner - it's in
the middleof the excel screen window - how can i fix this?

The workbook is most likely protected for Windows and Structure.

Tools>Protection>Unprotect WorkBook
