How do I resize screen shots to fit a PowerPoint slide?

Using PP 2007. Taking screen shots of website. When i paste to the PP slide
it does not fit. If I manually stretch it, I distort it. Is there a way to
make the screen shot fit automatically? many thanks!!

You might want to try this:

Right click the pasted image > size and position
Tick Best scale for slide show
Make sure that the resolution is correct (1024x768?)
