How do I resize shapes in an organizational chart?

I'm creating a chart using the default settings in Word. How do I resize the
shapes so I can increase the font to a readable size?

Hi Raven,

You can resize the entire diagram drawing canvas by dragging to
scale the individual boxes or turn off the Autolayout feature
and manually change the contents of the boxes. If you setup
one box to be a specific type size and look you can use the
Format Painter tool on the Standard toolbar to paint the same
format/size/created stylem, etc to other boxes

The diagram feature is a shared Office 1 so, it unfortunately
can be misleading as to what Word style is being applied and
if there are variations to that style in effect within the boxes
within the total diagram, but rather matches the Powerpoint
based use of the diagram feature.

If you're going to be working with Orgcharts on a regular basis
you may want to work in Powerpoint, or with another orgchart
applet that connects to Word such as MS Office Visio or
