I contacted my internet provider and they told me it was a problem with
Microsoft Outlook.
Nope. It's one of their servers telling Outlook that it won't carry out an
operation because of a quota violation. Most likely your mailbox on the
provider's server is full and needs to have some items deleted? Are you
leaving your messages on the server? If so, select one of the options that
will delete some of the messages.
