How do I resolve unsuccessful migration of Outlook BCM?

When trying to upgrade my Outlook BCM it says that migration was
unsuccessful. No matter what I try it does not upgrade and will not let me
use the BCM until it is upgraded. Any suggestions is appreciated!

Your best bet is to contact microsoft support.
