How do I restore contacts from the deleted folder in a .pst file?

I have inadvertantly deleted some contact lists from my personal folder. I
cansee them in the Deleted Items folder in the personal folder but I cant
seem to restore them.
I'm using Outlook 2003 (part of the "small business edition 2003") on
Windows xp
