How do I restore (Inbox) messages and addresses from Outlook file[s]?

I've had to re-format, and re-install Windows 2000 Pro on my
hard-drive, but have a Win Backup of my old C: drive, and my Outlook
folders/files.

Where are Inbox messages stored? Where are address shortcuts stored?
If I can nav to these original Outlook folders, I can restore these
files and get my old shortcuts, and Inbox/Sent messages back from
before OS re-install.
