How do I restore messages after removal from Deleted Items folder.

I am using Outlook 2007 & have been told that there is a way to restore
messages that have already been removed from the "Delted Items" folder. Can
this be done through Outlook or another part of my system?

From within the Deleted Items folder, go to Tools - Recover Deleted Items.

It might work, it might not. Depends on server enviroment and other things.
