How do I restore send/receive to outlook?

I pressed F9 and could receive my mail and it was helpful, but my mail
optiona are gon unless I open each document (which I don;t do as a habbit)
and right click on it in my in box to delete, reply or whatever. How do I
get the original mail screen back?

Do you mean that the toolbar is missing? Have you checked the View menu >
Toolbars menu?
