Ctrl-F1......and it's better form to ask questions in the post rather than
the header.

Is the ribbon visable in the e-mail screen or only when you create an e-mail?
I do not see the ribbon in the contacts, tasks, calendar or e-mail opening
screens.
Nothing happens when I use control +F1.

In Outlook, the ribbon is used only when composing email, creating
tasks/contacts/etc. The main window for Outlook still uses a menu/toolbar
interface.

In Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, the menu/toolbar have been completely
replaced by the ribbon.

When the ribbon *is* visible, it can be toggled on/off by pressing Ctrl+F1.

Are you asking about Outlook 2007 and the ribbon? It doesn't show up the
same way in Outlook as it does in the other Office apps. Sound to me like
Outlook is working the way it's supposed to.
