how do i retrieve a deleted Excel file

look in your recycle bin..

OR

Download Tune-Up Utilities 2006 and use the re-delete (or somethin
like that) its a program that can obtain ANY files you may have delete
or recycled!

Is it in the recycle bin?

Do you have a backup?

Did you email it to someone else--could it be in your sent folder? Or maybe the
recipient can mail it back?
