How do I retrieve my emails remotely

I have an email coming in that has been coming in for 2 days and is jamming
my emails. How can I access the emails remotely or get rid of the problem
email?

there are a few ways.
One is using Outlook:
File | Work Offline
Arrow next to Send / Recive button > "Download Headers in this folder" then
delete the message and "process marked headers".

this free app can do it easy:
