How do I retrieve the current Project Owner value

Greetings,

I am working with Project Server 2003, VBA and PDS (when required)...

I need to find the name of the current Project Owner (the user who last
published the active project) from within a VBA macro.

While I have found web article that tells me how to set this value from
within PWA, I have not been able to figure out how to read the current value.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
