How do I reverse local & remote web site addresses?

I jacked up my website. My local website address is http:dmc.nt12.npis.com
Rem which is actually my Internet website while my remote on line website is
C:\Documents and Settings\Joseph\My Documents\My Web Sites\mysite. The
synchronize button doesn't work and the whole thing is a a bigger disaster
than the presidency of George W Bust.
Can anyone help me to reverse these two addresses? I hope to start
selling copies of my splendid thesis from my website by Sept 1. I will attach
a copy of my splendid thesis and e-mail it to you for free if you solve my
ridiculous problem.
I am misusing Front Page 2003 on a Windows XP Home Edition system

Whichever site that you open first is your local web site

The local website is always the first web site you open in FrontPage, the
Remote website is the second site you open (in Remote Site view).
To remedy your situation, open C:\Documents and Settings\Joseph\My
Documents\My Web Sites\mysite first, and in Remote Site view, open
http://dmc.nt12.npis.com (or File->Publish Site, which opens Remote Site
view).

I regret that this does not work. Whichever website I open first, the real
Internet website remains as the local site, and the C:\ My Documentsetc stays
as the remote. What is really weird is that the C:\My Documentetc posts on
the Internet despite the fact that that is not my paid server, and all the
files show up on a Yahoo search. The true npsis site posts at the npsis site
but it does not appear in the Yahoo search engine. Thanks for your input
though.

Then you are not opening the C:\etc site first.
ALWAYS in FP2003, the first site opened is the Local site, the second site
is the Remote site.
Unless the real web site is located on your PC at C:\etc.

Close FrontPage (if it is open)
Open FrontPage.
If a website opens then use File->Close Site to close it.
File->Open Site and browse to C:\Documents and Settings\Joseph\My
Documents\My Web Sites\mysite
This will be the Local Site. 110% Guaranteed.

What URL does Yahoo Search give for your pages?
