how do I Rotate a Movie Clip

I have no problem inserting the video clip into the slide, and it also plays
fine, I just want to rotate the clip vertically and I cannot find a way to do
this. If anyone can help me I would appreciate it!

You cannot rotate a video clip within PowerPoint - you could do it in a
video editor.
