How do I rotate a table in word?

I need to keep the pages in landsape with a header on top. How can I rotate a
table so it can fit in this configuration?

You can copy the table and paste as a picture, then rotate that, but if
you're just trying to preserve the position of the header, see

Thank you Suzanne... I thought it had something to do with making it a
picture but I didn't realize that I should use the paste special which will
elimiate a bunch of steps.
