How do I rotate a Text Box in access form

I tried downloading the API thats out there but I'm new to access and must be
missing something. Can someone help??

Never heard about such an API. Maybe you mean Stepen Lebans site?

Well I'm not sure where I downloaded it from but that name looks familar?
Not sure where to go for help with this download any suggestions
