How do I rotate an entire document to print 90 degrees sideways?

I am trying to print a document 90 degree to the right or the left, but it
still print normally. I don't understand how you can print an envelope
sideways, but you can't print any other document sideways.

In Word, click on File | Page Setup | Margins tab | Orientation:
Landscape | OK.

Change the document to Landscape set up. Use File | Page Setup. Then it
will both view and print sideways.
