How do I rotate WordArt?

I want to display a WordArt message on an envelop. I want the copy to be on
a 45 degree angle. I can't figure out how to rotate WordArt.

You need to set it to any other layout option but in-line then you can
rotate it using the tool on the drawing toolbar.
