how do I route email messages from person to person for approval?

I have an outlook message that I want to route to a number of people for
approval. Can this be done and, if so, how?

You can create a rule to do this. it would basically say check all new mail
if from "this sender" then forward to "these people". under tools. play with
it & it should come to you pretty easy.
