How do I run a query in ACCESS within restricted parameters?

I need to run a query in ACCESS within very specific parameters. For example,
addresses and phone numbers of ONLY entries that participated in a certain
training (checkmarked by "participated in WIC training"? fieldbox). Each
query that I try to run does not allow me to be that specific and I end up
with a list of addresses and phone numbers of everyone in the database.
Please help. Other databases that I've used have had a much simpler format to
set parameters for queries.

Just add that field to your query and in the "criteria" put TRUE
