How do I save a changed business contact form?

I added a field to the Business Contact form. Tried to save it, but the error
of "Business Contact cannot be saved unless it contains a full name" keeps
appearing.

You must publish the form from within a profile that does not contain BCM.

Hi,
BCM does not support customization of the forms.
Hence even if the BCM forms (Business Contacts or Accounts or Opportunities)
were customized (new fields added or changed), they would not available for
use on the BCM data.
The customization is anyways on the wish-list for future versions of BCM.
