how do i save a jpg in 800 dpi

I need to save a jpg in publisher in 800 dpi, but it won't let me save above
300 dpi.

Any suggestions?

800 DPI?? Is this being enlarged for a sign? There's a point of diminishing
returns to keep in mind. If this is simple art with no shades, then 800 is
fine. If this is an image that has shading or pictures then 400 DPI will be
more than enough.
