How do I save a Powerpoint doc to Photoshop

Is it possible to save a powerpoint document to Photoshop
IN LAYERS?

Would love to hear if there's someone out there who knows
if this is possible and HOW?

Not possible. You can save a slide as an image (JPG, PNG) but it'll be flat.
PowerPoint doesn't use layers as you know them.

Your only option will be to save out the each element as
a .png (which will force it to 24bit color and have a
transparency "channel"). Them import all into Photoshop
and rebuild.
