How do I save a PPT slide w/graph in high resolution?

I've got a slide deck with Excel charts/graphs and I am trying to save it
with high resolution as a .jpg so that when I post it on our website it is
clear. If I do the "save as" feature in ppt and just save as a .jpg it does
not look good when uploaded to our website.

How do I increase the resolution so this will work? Is there another way I
should be going about this?
