How do I save a publisher document as a PDF

Other than to make sure you have the program to do it, nope.

If you don't, my first suggestion would be Acrobat if it's in your budget.
If not, www.primopdf.com. Free program.

Jeff,

If you are supplying a file to a commercial printer see if you can supply a
PostScript file, this is essentially the first step to making a good PDF
anyway.
