How do i save all my contacts as vCards in Outlook?

I know I can save each contact individually as a vCard, but how do I save
them all at once as individual vCards in Outlook 2002?

Only individually unfortunately.
You can export in other formats that might be useful.

There are a couple of tools that can do bulk export of contact and calendar
data as vCard and iCal files. See
