How do I save an account for a business contact?

I have successfully set up 4 accounts in business contact manager. Now when
I try to set up another account, I am given this error message:

The File As field for this contact is empty. You may not have entered a
name or company. Do you want to save this contact with an empty File As
field?

The problem is that a name does exist in the "Account name" field. I don't
see a field called "File As". After saying YES to the error message above,
the record is saved with no name in the "Account name" field even though a
name existed in that field before I save it.

That sounds like an Outlook issue. Am I right, ask in an Outlook Forum.
But from my experience, I think the File As, comes from the First name and
Last Name field doesn't it? I'm not sure, you may find a much better answer
in that Forum. I have no idea why you're Account Name field will go blank,
unless it's not being stored in a field (Properties) or there's some code
that deletes it. Good Luck.
