How do I save and paste background music, not sounds?

I have a classroom website, and a friend of mine was able to have music
playing in the background of my homepage. I have tried numerous times to
replace that music, but have been unsuccessful. I notice that it's saved
under an mp3, but how do I actually save and paste it? Am I supposed to
import it, first, snd then copy and paste it? However, what is weird, is I
tried other pages I have on my website with background music, and when I save
it or preview it, the music comes out perfect, but only works on the computer
I saved it under. When I try my website on another computer, you cannot hear
the music whatsoever. Someone please help me. The music benefits my students.

Background Point 1: Anything that you want to be
available from the host computer must reside on that
host. What resides on the host is what gets there when
you publish the site from you local computer to the host.

Background Point 2: Front Page uses a concept
termed "disk-based web" to refer to the special place on
your local computer where all of the files that are to
make up your website are contained. These files may also
be on other portions of your computer's hard drive but if
they aren't in the disk-based web they don't exist.

Background Point 3: When you publish your site to the
host, all of the files in the disk-based web are
published to the host. Files referenced outside of the
disk-based web will point to the files on your hard
drive. When you test the published site from your
computer, the browser can find those files (from your
hard drive). When your site is viewed from another
computer, the browser will not be able to find those
files on that computer.

That said, when you are developing your site on the disk-
base web, all files (including the mp3 files with which
you are having a problem) MUST be imported (File |
Import) from where they reside on your hard drive into
the disk-based web. After you have done that, create
hyperlinks/references to those files in Front Page.
