how do I save and restore email boxes when changing hard drives

I am changing to a larger hard drive. How do I get my old mail messages and
contacts into the new instalation of Outlook.

If you use the cloning software that comes with the disk drive or that is
available on the manufacturer's web site, you won't have to reinstall
anything.
