How do I save animated Gifs from Outlook stationary?

When I click on view source it pulls up the HTML code with a strange source
code of something similar to src="cid:[email protected]" - which
is nowhere on my computer when I do a search. I can right click and save the
file, but then it just saves it as a picture and not an animated gif. Can
anyone help me out?
