How do I save e-mail addresses to my address book?

Version: 2004 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: pop I'm trying to save e-mail addresses from a batch e-mail to my address book. The batch e-mail has all of the new e-mail addresses from one group of my clients.

Instead of picking through to figure out which addresses I already have and which ones I don't have yet, and typing them in one at a time, I'd rather just replace the existing group in my address book with the new group.

I tried exporting the addresses to a text file and then importing it, but that didn't do anything at all - it's seeing 50 records as "one record" and I have no idea where it's actually saving it to, anyway, since it isn't going into the address book at all, as far as I can tell.

group.

I'm assuming these addresses are in the CC or To line. Highlight all
addresses and copy. Switch to the Address Book and select to create a
new group. Paste the addresses into the group. Save and delete the old
group.

Be sure you also add them to the Address Book since Entourage does not
export groups. You can drag from the group to the Address Book list and
it will add or add to existing.
