How do I save multiple addresses shown in one email?

I have an email from my teacher at school that has all of the students
email addresses in the TO: box.

I have created a new distribution list for the class, and want to put
all of
them in the distribution list. Can this be easily done? I have tried
but
couldn't figure it all out.
