how do I save the time out limit, it resets to 1 min when i quit?

I am having trouble sending large attachments. I can go to the send/receive
settings, then define settings, then advance and I change the time out
settings to the max 10 mins. I can then send large attachments. When I shut
down outlook, reopen it and go back to the time out settings is has reset
itself to 1 min. How do I save the maximun time out settings, so I can email
large attachments without going through the whoel process again.

Then open Help in any Office application and run Detect and Repair to see
if it helps.
