how do I save the uploaded files, like CV's?

People who want to apply for a job will upload their cv's and send the form.
How will I be able to save and see the content?

You have to open the live/remote site either in FP or via FTP and then download the files, etc.

You can open the site in FrontPage and Export them or use and FTP program to
