How can I save my project on an empy cd disk?

There are several options. If there are no external files, then you can
just use your CD burning software to burn the file onto a CD. If the
project is more complicated, you probably want to use Package for CD,
select the option to save to a folder (not directly to the CD), and then
burn the contents of that folder to your CD with your regular CD burning
software.
