A floppy disk is 1.44 Mo so you won't be able to save a PPT with some
pictures. At leaast, use a USB Key

Well, "not enough room" means that there is not enough space for
containing your presentation.

If there are a lot of audios and animations in your presentation, you
should send all of these to your floppy along with your presentation.
So the presentation will be a little big in file size.

You can try to convert your presentation to Flash with some third
party tools such as PPT2Flash (http://www.sameshow.com/powerpoint-to-
flash.html).
The application can help you reduce your file size upto 90% of your
original file size, so you can send it to floppy. That takes up
smaller space.

Hope it can help you.
