How do I scan a photo from my printer/scanner to my computer with Windows 7
and Microsoft Office 2007. I could do it on my old computer.

Use MS Office>MS Office Tools>MS Office Documents ScanningWhy not use the scanner software that came with the printer/scanner?
The Help in Office 2007 seems clear:
"The From Scanner or Camera option for scanning documents and pictures
is not available in Microsoft Office Word 2007. Instead, you can use
your scanner to scan the document, and then you can save the file to
your computer."

Sorry, just clicked reply on wrong message but I will continue herePlease reply to the OP, not to me, though perhaps you should check
first to see if your information is correct.
(There is no such shortcut as MS Office Documents Scanning in my
Office 2007 as you suggest)
