How do I schedule delivery of email for a specific time or date?

I want to scheduled an email for specific time. I'd like to write it ahead
(so I don't forget it) but I don't want to send it to early. Can I do this?

Before clicking Send, click View>Options and set the delivery date and time.
Make sure you leave Outlook running, unless you use Exchange, or your
message won't be delivered.
