how do i schedule reminders after appointments

i would like to set up the works calander to send reminders after a scheduled
appt to be able to have a follow up system to service calls. is this
possible? is this possible to remind one at some predetermind time and then
remind the next level at another predetermind time?

Microsoft's Help system has landed you in the wrong newsgroup: this
one is for the database program Microsoft Access.

Please use the dropdown box (the one that says "Access" by default)
to select a more appropriate newsgroup. I gather that you're using
Works - there is a microsoft.public.works.win newsgroup which may be
able to help.
