Are you pasting it in someplace after you alt+prtscn/copy? Does just
Printscreen work. With some keyboard connection adapters the
alt-printscreen key combo isn't passed to the computer, and so you have
to use Printscreen and crop the results.
I am using the MS Natural MultiMedia keyboard and there is and key that turn
on and off the "F" keys.
This also affects several other functions of this k/b.
See if you have an "F Lock" key to see if this fixes your issue.
