How do I search for data within a large group of vision diagram f.

I work with a large collection of files which have Serial numbers of the
equipment in the drawings but they're not part of a db. I also have html
files of the drawings.
I need to search for a specific serial number in all those files & I don't
know how to go about it. Any suggestions?

....then it's just a matter of checking the specific shape data cell for a
match. For example:

strCheck = shp.CellsU("Prop.MyShapeDataRowName").ResultStr("")
