How do I see alarm bell reminder icon on my Outlook 07 Calendar?

In Outlook 03, I could see on my weekly or daily view the alarm bell icon for
events that had a reminder. I can't see them in Outlook 07. Is there a way
to display them?

That icon was removed in Outlook 2007. I believe Outlook 2010 adds it back.

Yeah, in hindsight was stupid so they added it back in Outlook 2010. (All
the complaints they got helped too.)
