Do you get any send/receive errors?
If you have a virus scanner that integrates with Outlook, disable this
integration and try again.

Did it ever work? Are you certain about your settings? Have you tried
sending yourself a test message?

More details...My emails that are set up are one gmail account and two free
yahoo accounts. I went to a website (i think it was ansers.com or something)
and it told me how to hook up my two yahoo accounts. I'm thinking that is
where I went wrong. Can I use the free yahoo accounts in Outlook 07?

No, free Yahoo accounts do not allow themselves to be configured in any mail
client.
You can configure Gmail though.
