How do I see tables in access 2003 after double clicking on appl?

When I double click on application it shows me the executable program, how
can I access to tables and macros and queries for debugging the program?

Try holding the Shift key down when you double click.

Then it is disabled. Try opening the database whilest pressing Shift.
Otherwise ask the developer for a development version.
