How do I see the full path of an entry in Journal?

It only displays:
\DocumentsandSettings\turnbull\ApplicationData\Microsoft\Excel\XLSTART\PERSONAL.XLSB. I need to know the exact document I was in.

Looks pretty exact to me. The only thing missing is the drive letter and
that's very likely "C". Are you saying that wasn't a file you accessed?
