how do i see when my outlook was last used?

Is there a way to track or ascertain when or what the last actions were on my
system. i.e. is anything time stamped or logged somewhere?

Time stamp on files in this folder perhaps.

C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook

The question and circumstances are too vague to be answered with any
specificity.
